Women’s Health

More than 1 in 4 women and 1 in 10 men suffer from the consequences of pelvic floor muscle weakness and dysfunction. This can lead to incontinence, pelvic floor pain and prolapse. Is your pelvic floor problem controlling you and preventing you from doing the things you love? This can be a very embarrassing and sensitive issue. You don’t need to suffer in silence.

Click here to see our pelvic floor screening questionnaire/survey.

If you answered yes to any of the questions on the questionnaire, you may have a pelvic floor problem that can be helped with specialised Physiotherapy intervention.

We offer an initial free 10 minute phone consultation to discuss if Physiotherapy is appropriate for you. If it is not we can refer you on to the correct health professional.
